1.Introduction

This Cookie Policy explains how Radarme Sp. z o.o. (hereinafter "the Company", "we", "us") uses cookies and similar technologies on the website https://wemates.ai (hereinafter "the Site").

We use cookies to run the Site, understand how it's used, and — where you consent — personalise content. Some cookies may be set by third parties we work with (for example, Google, for font delivery).

This Policy has been developed in accordance with the GDPR (EU General Data Protection Regulation), reflecting that Wemates is regulated and approved in the Netherlands, Czechia, and Lithuania.

2.What are cookies

Cookies are small text files that a website can store on your device (computer, smartphone, tablet) when you visit it. They help recognise you on repeat visits and remember your settings.

3.What types of cookies do we use?

3.1. Necessary (technical) cookies

These ensure the basic functioning of the Site — navigation, security, and remembering your cookie choice. Without these cookies, the Site cannot function properly. Currently active.

3.2. Analytical cookies

These would let us understand how visitors interact with the Site (for example, through Google Analytics or a similar service), so we can improve content and functionality. Not currently active on wemates.ai. If we enable an analytics tool in the future, it will only run with your consent and this policy will be updated first.

3.3. Functional cookies

Remember your settings — such as your language choice (English/Dutch). Currently active for language preference only.

3.4. Marketing (advertising) cookies

Used to display personalised ads and measure their effectiveness (for example, through Meta Pixel or Google Ads Remarketing). Wemates does not use marketing or advertising cookies, and we have no plans to.

Name Provider Purpose Category Duration
cookie_consent Wemates (first-party) Stores your cookie preference so we don't ask again on every visit. Necessary 12 months
wemates_lang Wemates (first-party) Remembers whether you're viewing the English or Dutch version of the site. Functional 12 months
Font delivery Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com) Loads the Inter typeface used across the site. Google may log your IP address as part of serving the font file. Necessary Session (no persistent cookie set)
Note: the Wemates mobile app (iOS/Android) uses separate services — such as Stripe for payments and push notifications for alerts — that are governed by our Privacy Policy, not this Cookie Policy, since they don't operate through browser cookies.

When you first visit the Site, you will see a pop-up with an explanation about cookies. By tapping "Accept All" or "Save Settings", you consent to the use of the selected categories of cookies.

You can change your settings or withdraw your consent at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer, or via your browser settings. If you disable necessary cookies, the functionality of the Site may be limited.

5.Managing cookies

You can delete or block cookies via your browser settings. Detailed instructions are available in the "Help" section of your browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, etc.).

After clearing cookies, new files may be created during your next visit to the Site.

6.Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
